These are extremely helpful! Thank you so much! When you are figuring out spacing and timing charts, do you generally have a separate chart for each part that you are moving? For example in something like this, the spacing might be different for the arms than for the leg. Another example might be with a walk cycle. The arm might be slowing in on the down position, but the back leg might be moving quicker through it's arc to go into the passing. Thanks again! You are all amazing and so inspiring!

There seems to be no Mac version of Spa Blender, only for Windows ... On the github site it says: "To test Blender SPA on a different platform you would have to get and compile the Blender fork from its sources and then manually install the 2D Animation and Sequencer add ons." Does anyone have instructions on HOW to do that (compile the Blender fork from it's sources and then manually install the 2D Animation and Sequencer add ons) ???

how can you position the character on the exact dimension on the 3D model? cuz every time i do it, it ends up like the last example u shoed (the old ways). do u go frame by frame sketching then spinning the view to see if u placed it right? if so, that will take forever!

Now I'm not asking for a sequel, but I could imagine that alternate ending working in a future setting, after Jesper retires and his kids grow up, perhaps he and his wife decide to spend the rest of their days up north and maybe even pass on to spiritual becoming spirits with Klaus. It looks like the Animated Matte Generator View plugin from toon boom. very good job 👏

Love this complex lighting/Shading system. I think the only drawback is that it takes away (for me at least) the hard work of the Clean Up Team as many of the lines (such as the outlines and lines within the characters) gets lost within all the tonal, masks and shading. I wish they had kept those crisp outlines so that we could their work too. Whats the point in cleaning up a rough animation when we can't even see it in the results at the end.

the hardest and fun to animate. if i have a choice, i'll avoid scenes that have water fx anim but the animation directors give you the scene so better learn how to do it and receive alot of notes after.
